One place for marketplace terms, purchases and refunds, privacy, developer standards, creator rewards, and product verification.

Usernames are unique, case-insensitive handles. Display names may be shared. Impersonation, misleading affiliation, and abusive names are prohibited. StackThisAI reserves the right to change, suspend, reclaim, or reassign any username at any time, including after reviewing a substantiated identity or brand claim. A username does not establish ownership of a person’s identity or intellectual property. Contact support with evidence to request review; affected members may dispute a moderation decision. Reassignment does not transfer account access, purchases, or private data.
StackThisAI provides marketplace discovery, listing and supported product hosting, memberships, platform checkout and access records. Stripe processes payments. StackThisAI is not a bank, escrow provider or the author of third-party products. Developers remain responsible for their products, claims, delivery, support, customer licenses and privacy practices. Any legal seller, marketplace facilitator or tax role is determined by the transaction structure and applicable law, not by this description.
Do not misuse products, bypass access controls, scrape private data, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, manipulate reviews or referrals, or use StackThisAI to break applicable law.
Products can change, pause, or leave the marketplace. StackThisAI may suspend accounts, listings, payments, or access when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, or policy enforcement.
Developers keep ownership of their products. Customers receive only the access or license described on the product page. StackThisAI branding, interface, and marketplace systems may not be copied or misrepresented.
Warranty limitations, liability caps, dispute procedures, governing law, legal entity identification, and required jurisdiction-specific notices will be inserted only after qualified counsel approves the public version.
Stripe processes all new marketplace purchases and recurring Stack+ billing. Historical USDC refunds remain supported. StackThisAI does not store full card numbers, wallet private keys, or seed phrases.
Eligible paid app gifts are sent to a fixed existing account. Receiving defaults to friends only; members may allow anyone, disable gifts, or block senders. Gifts wait for acceptance and never enter a library automatically. Declined app gifts and app gifts not accepted within seven days are refunded to the purchaser’s original payment method. Provider confirmation can take time. Accepting a gift may include an optional thank-you note sent to the purchaser’s notifications. Free tools require no gift purchase. Previously issued prepaid membership gifts provide 30 or 365 days starting when claimed and do not renew automatically. Active members may keep a membership gift to claim after their current access ends. Gifts cannot be resold or transferred. The purchaser receives the receipt and may request a refund under this policy. A confirmed refund or chargeback removes the recipient’s access; open disputes suspend it. Public giving rankings are optional, require approved accounts and claimed live payments after a 30-day hold, exclude refunded or disputed orders, and carry no cash value or guaranteed reward.
StackThis+ includes only products marked Included. Paid app and tool purchases through the platform receive at least 20% off the published standard app price while membership is active, subject to currency rounding and the processor minimum charge. A better eligible campaign or code replaces the member discount; discounts do not stack. Membership itself, taxes, materials, shipping, hosting and external usage costs are excluded. Custom project discounts apply only to a participating developer’s separately identified service fee and must be shown in the quote. Renewals and discount duration must be disclosed before purchase; introductory membership offers end at the displayed time.
A browser success page never creates access. Access begins only after StackThisAI verifies the signed processor event and creates the matching entitlement.
Customers may request review within 14 calendar days of a one-time app purchase. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, materially inaccurate listings, and unresolved technical access failures receive priority review. Applicable law may provide additional rights.
Stack+ can be canceled before the next renewal. Completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable except for duplicate billing, service failure, legal requirements, or another approved exception.
Approved USDC refunds remain pending until Coinbase confirms them. Card disputes may temporarily suspend the related product access while Stripe reviews the case. Refunds and chargebacks reverse connected developer and creator rewards.
Account and profile details, saved products, applications, orders, memberships, entitlements, support messages, reviews, privacy requests, creator referrals, limited risk signals, and security or audit events.
Accepted gifts, earned achievements, published reviews, and approved product launches can appear in the activity feed. Sharing requires opt-in and supports Private, Friends only, and Public (signed-in members). Each post keeps its saved audience. Gifts respect both participants’ choices. Choosing Private hides your existing posts; switching back does not automatically republish them. Blocks and friendship changes affect access immediately. Amounts, payment details, and gift messages are excluded. Your export includes your activity and sharing preferences.
To operate accounts, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, process support and privacy requests, review developers and creators, calculate rewards, reconcile payments, and meet financial or legal obligations.
Approved providers may process identity, hosting, payments, email, and customer support data only for their assigned service. Each listed third-party app remains responsible for its own separate privacy notice.
The current prelaunch system does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional marketing and analytics remain off unless the customer gives separate consent.
Records are kept only as needed for access, support, fraud defense, audit, tax, payment, and legal obligations. Credentials stay in protected runtime storage, and sensitive actions use server authorization, rate limits, and audit history.
Customers can export data and request access, correction, restriction, or deletion from the Privacy Center. Requests are verified and tracked. StackThisAI will not discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
The person accepting must be an adult authorized to bind the named developer or business. By typing their full name and checking the agreement box, they consent to electronic acceptance of this identified version. StackThisAI records the authenticated account, developer, version, acceptance time and an audit record of the signer name. Save a copy of the terms. A materially changed version requires a fresh acceptance before new submissions.
You retain all ownership of your product, source code, inventions, trademarks, artwork, documentation and other developer materials. Listing, hosting, accepting payments or joining a launch program does not transfer ownership to StackThisAI. StackThisAI does not acquire rights to unrelated products, repositories or customer relationships.
You grant a nonexclusive license to host the materials you submit, display your listing and branding, use approved previews in marketplace promotion, and distribute authorized downloads or access to entitled customers. Service providers may use those materials only as needed to provide those services. This permission does not authorize sale of your intellectual property or training AI models on your source code or private product materials. Promotion permission ends after removal within a reasonable operational period; records and delivery rights needed for existing customers, backups, disputes or legal duties may continue.
You may list, license, sell and promote your products through your own site and other marketplaces. Standard enrollment has no exclusivity, transfer of ownership, price parity obligation or restriction on unrelated products. All sales started and completed through StackThisAI use platform checkout; developers may not divert an existing platform order offsite to avoid the disclosed commission.
Exclusivity is never automatic. A separate written addendum accepted by both parties must identify the particular product or launch, covered sales channels and territory, start and end dates, permitted exceptions and existing customers, the exact reduced commission or hosting price, any lock-in period, renewal rules, termination rights and treatment after expiry. It must also state what happens if either party misses a commitment. No perpetual exclusivity, retroactive fee change or ownership transfer is implied. No special rate or exclusivity is active until that addendum is agreed; do not treat a badge, application or verbal discussion as acceptance.
Paid app listings must support a minimum 20% StackThis+ discount on the standard app charge for active members. Developers can offer a larger permitted discount or a dated campaign or code. The best eligible discount applies once, without stacking, and commission is calculated on the actual discounted app charge. Developers fund their product discount unless a separate written promotion says otherwise. Excluded third-party costs must be separately disclosed; custom projects are eligible only when a participating developer explicitly quotes the discounted service fee.
For new seller accounts under this agreement, StackThisAI receives 10% of the actual discounted app charge and the seller receives 90% before separately disclosed processor fees, taxes, refunds, disputes and other agreed deductions. A separately agreed account rate takes precedence. Existing account rates and completed sales are not changed by this new standard. Creator referral rewards are separate and paid from the platform allocation.
Paid third-party products require verified Stripe Connect onboarding and an approved commercial schedule showing commission, any separate hosting or service fees, processor fee allocation, payout timing, refund and dispute deductions, and any reserve or hold. StackThisAI does not promise instant payouts or transfer the gross sale amount before deductions. Seller earnings are the actual charge less the disclosed allocations and adjustments. Customer card numbers and developer banking credentials are handled by Stripe, not stored in the product listing.
Developers are responsible for taxes on their income and for accurate tax and business information supplied to Stripe. Sales tax, VAT, withholding and reporting duties follow applicable law and the payment structure; duties imposed on StackThisAI cannot be transferred by this agreement. Billing records distinguish the app charge, discount, tax, commission and seller allocation. An allocation is not proof of a completed bank payout.
Keep capabilities, launch status, screenshots, pricing, compatibility, limitations and customer licenses accurate. You must have rights to all submitted content, code, data and dependencies and comply with their license requirements. Do not upload malware, unlawfully obtained data, deceptive products or material that infringes another party’s rights.
Maintain working delivery and publish your product terms, privacy notice, support contact and security contact. Collect only data needed for the disclosed service; use it only for authorized purposes. Promptly report material security or privacy incidents affecting marketplace customers through the support channel and cooperate with remediation. Do not collect full card details, impersonate customers, manipulate reviews, likes, rewards or rankings, or use bots to fabricate engagement.
Honor the published refund process and applicable consumer rights, provide evidence for payment disputes and cooperate with investigations. Approved refunds or chargebacks can reverse seller allocations and related rewards according to the commercial schedule. You may request removal of a listing; removal stops new sales but does not erase completed customer obligations or financial records. Agree a delivery and support transition for existing buyers before ending access where possible.
Developer approval does not automatically approve each product. StackThisAI may request corrections or suspend a listing, access or payout operations for fraud, security, processor requirements, unlawful content or a material breach. Notice and a reason will be provided where legally and operationally appropriate, with an opportunity to respond through support. Emergency action may precede notice. Unfavorable legitimate reviews alone are not a reason to remove customer feedback.
This is a versioned prelaunch draft. The operating legal entity, governing law, dispute process, warranty terms, liability allocation and enforceable commercial schedules require business-specific legal approval before paid public launch. No promotional language overrides mandatory consumer rights or regulatory obligations.
Creators must make the financial relationship obvious near each endorsement or tracked link. Vague labels are not enough; use clear language such as “I may earn a reward if you buy through this link.”
Do not make unsupported product, income, performance, scarcity, or savings claims. Do not hide limitations or misrepresent your experience with a product.
Approved links create time-limited attribution tied to real customer activity. Self-referrals, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, bot traffic, spam, and brand impersonation are prohibited.
The approved rate is shown before activation. Rewards stay pending for 30 days and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate attribution, or policy violations.
StackThisAI may review traffic quality, pause tracking, withhold a disputed reward, or suspend a creator while investigating abuse or compliance concerns.
Creators should follow the current FTC disclosure guidance and any platform-specific advertising rules.
The marketplace checks the developer identity and authority associated with the listing. Each product still receives its own review.
The team reviews the available build, delivery method, product status, and whether the listing separates live capabilities from future plans.
Pricing, membership inclusion, third-party charges, discounts, renewals, commissions, and fulfillment must be stated without hidden assumptions.
Products must disclose data practices, provide trust contacts, and surface material permissions or security limitations before publication.
Reviews, reports, support history, incidents, delivery failures, disputes, and major product changes can trigger another review.
Verification is a marketplace trust signal, not a warranty, legal certification, investment recommendation, or promise that a product will fit every customer.
The privacy structure reflects California Department of Justice CCPA guidance. Creator disclosure standards reflect the FTC Endorsement Guides. Qualified counsel must still review the final business-specific language.

Service schedule 2026-10-08-v1. Free listing: one reviewed listing-update submission every seven days. Advanced / Managed is $249 per app per month, billed monthly until cancelled through secure service billing. It includes an assigned platform contact, priority review, an onboarding call, unlimited reviewed listing-update submissions and two hours of platform troubleshooting/integration assistance each month. Hours do not roll over. Additional help costs $125/hour only after scope and cost are separately approved. Custom development and external app hosting are separate.
One-time selections: deep-dive audit $599; existing-logo branding kit $349; logo creation $449; logo plus branding $699; standard membership gateway setup $399. Audit covers one app’s onboarding, purchase/access, usability and integration, with written findings and one follow-up; it is not penetration testing or security certification. Logo work includes two directions and two revision rounds. Branding covers palette, typography guidance, product-page treatment, a banner and three distinct visuals. Gateway setup covers one supported web app, configuration and access-flow tests.
A platform contact confirms scope and capacity before checkout. Paid service benefits activate only after confirmed payment and contact assignment. Cancelling recurring billing at the end of the paid period preserves paid access through that period; payment failure does not extend access. Refunds and disputed payments may suspend paid benefits for review. Use support for service scheduling, fulfillment issues or refund requests. Marketplace commissions, sponsorships and customer StackThis+ membership remain separate from builder services.
